Windowsill Flower Pots

My window sill has been pathetically naked for about three years. I just didn’t know what to do with it.

Then I found these cute flower pots (brand new!) at Goodwill for $3. Since there were three of them, of course I had to get them. I had no idea where they would live. I put some hardy plants (read: plants that I can’t kill) in them and stuck them on the windowsill until I figured out what to do with them. Imagine my surprise to discover they’re adorable right there. Oh, happy decorating accident.

Will this make dishes more fun?And I found a perfect home for my miniature flamingo.

Moral of the story: when you find something great at Goodwill for $3, get it. You will figure out what to do with it.
