Joanna, maybe cool “boy” craft paper with skulls or trucks or something would make your boys think an owl mobile is okay.:) It would be a fun project to do with them! Otherwise, nothin’ wrong with making it for yourself… maybe hanging it in your laundry room, or somewhere unexpected.

Thanks for the Etsy encouragement! I keep thinking I need to set up shop. One of these days…..

Hey! I love owl crafts. I recently ordered some owl things from Etsy and love them! I think you should get an Etsy site, your things would be a for sure hit. Thanks for posting the owl pattern, I’m not too crafty myself, but I do appreciate others’ crafts! Maybe this will be my inspiration to make an owl pillow or a mobile for my boys even though they might think they are too big for it! I know they would have fun helping me make it too! ☺
P.S. I love the bird mobile too!

I ADORE this. Our theme for our blog this month is owls and I am definetly including this, with a link back to you of course. I actually squealed aloud (although not uncommon, but highly comendable) when I saw this.
