1.) Canon Vixia, HV30. It’s HD. Affordable. Easy to trick out. We love it! 2.) Adobe Premiere Pro CS4. We bought the suite. I'm the only person I know who uses this, tho I'm happy w/ it. Most people I know use Final Cut. 3.) Jamendo! Here's all their "attribution only" music. (You just have to give cred to the artist.) And here's the great article where I learned about different licensing and what music you can use where.
